The building is a simple monochrome tiled monolith. The front facade is quite closed and urban, with smaller windows corresponding with the sleeping rooms. The rear facade is completely open to take advantage of the large garden space and of the better orientation.
The upper duplex's living space looks over the gardens and the street. Consequentially, a larger window disrupts the rhythm of the facade and provides a transition to the smaller neighbour.
