The design for a cultural house and social housing embraces the idea of a pluralist identity within a dense city block.
Heritage of a vibrant Brussels cinema culture, the Marignan complex is revitalised by a clear and functional circulation and natural daylight sources whilst incorporating a variety of atmospheres and identities for each typology. In doing so, the place becomes a site for culture, meeting, and coexistence.
