pilot project for intergenerational elderly care housing

The project aims the reconciliation of larger and smaller scales. On the small scale, continuity with the surroundings and proximity between housings is ensured through a careful disposition of the volumes and adequate appropriation of the open space. On the large scale, the project responds to landscape dynamics on a metalocal level. This allows the project to evolve into a global project able to absorb new circulation patterns, new buildings of different scales to be implemented to complete the project, while preserving strong qualities of the environment.
