refurbishment of a townhouse in 4 dwellings + artist studio

An ancient townhouse is refubished into 4 housing units for the commune of Saint Gilles in brussels. The appartment on the ground floor is linked to a workshop and display window. The upper levels contain two appartments and one duplex under the roof. The main focus of the project is on the ground floor, with tha artist's studio occupying the entire plot around a central patio. "La Devanture" occupies the display window. Its first exhibition, "AgwA Models", displayed a collection of models made during the last years by the office.
