A large glassed volume was added to the house, taking maximal profit of the south orientation and maximizing the space allowed by the Brussel's regulations. The kitchen is moved to the central room of the "enfilade" common to many traditional houses. It benefits from the natural daylight through the large window. This strategical move in the house frees completely the new room and opens the relationship with the garden. The kitchen is at the beating heart of the house of this cooking-loving family with small children.
