This very first project by AgwA addressed the open ideas competitions for the refurbishment of the Flagey Square in Brussels. "Thirsty Eugène" proposed that the square could be "undesigned" by a simple arrangement changing according to the uses of the square. A slight slope would have allowed to cover a variable part of the square, thus adapting to different situations. This changing lake would also re-establish a physical perception of the square on the Maalbeek underground river. The project was awarded the third prize of the Jury and the second prize of the public, being the only project to score on both levels.
